BENEFITS: -

1. The post carry Pay and Allowances, such as HRA and Traveling allowance etc. at Central Government rates as applicable to the employees of Council at the place of posting. In addition, other benefits such as Leave   Travel  Concession  and  Reimbursement  of  Medical  expenses and  Children’s  Education Allowances etc.  are  also available, as per  CSIR rules. Accommodation will be  provided as per  CSIR Residence Allotment Rules depending on availability in which case HRA will not be admissible.

4.The appointment to the post shall be governed by the provisions of the Central Civil Services (Conduct) 
Rules, 1964,  Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and  Appeal) Rules, 1965  as amended from time to time and other service Rules to the extent  made applicable to the Council Servant and decision of the Council as to their applicability shall be final. 

AGE LIMIT AND RELAXATION: -

1Upper  age  limit is relaxable by 5 years in the case of SC/ST  and  by 3 years in the case of OBC(NCL) candidates  for the  posts which  are  reserved for the  respective  categories.  Relaxation  of upper  age limit for Ex-servicemen will be  applicable as per  GOI rules. [SC/ST/OBC(NCL) candidates applying against unreserved posts will not be eligible for age  relaxation].

2 Age relaxation to Persons with Benchmark Disabilities [PwBD]: Age relaxation of 10 years is allowed [total 15 years for SCs/STs and  13 years for OBC (NCL) in respect of the posts reserved for them] to persons suffering from a. blindness and low vision; b. deaf and hard of hearing; c. locomotor disability including cerebral palsy, leprosy cured,   dwarfism, acid attach victims and  muscular dystrophy; d. autism, intellectual disability, specific learning disability and mental illness; e. multiple disabilities from amongst persons  under   clauses  [a]  to  [d]  including  deaf-blindness.  The   persons  claiming  age relaxation under  this sub-para would be  required to produce a  certificate in prescribed proforma in support of their claims clearly indicating that the degree of physical  disability is 40% or more.   In any case, the  appointment  of  these candidates  will  be  subject  to  their  being  found  medically  fit  in accordance with the standards of medical fitness as prescribed by the Government for each individual posts to be filled by Direct Recruitment.

3 The  upper  age  limit is  relaxable up  to  05 years for the  regular  employees  working in CSIR and  its Laboratories   /   Institutes,   Government   Departments,   Autonomous  Bodies   and    Public   Sector Undertakings in accordance with the instructions and  orders issued by the Government of India/CSIR from time to time.

4 Persons  with  Benchmark  Disability  is  entitled  to  age   concession  by  virtue  of  being  a  Central Government Employee, concession to him/her will be admissible either as a ‘persons with benchmark disability’ or as a ‘Central Government Employee’ whichever may be more beneficial to him/her.

5 Relaxation in age  limit, qualifications and/or  experience may be  allowed in the  case of exceptionally meritorious  candidates  at  the  discretion/approval  of D G , CS IR . However,  any  relaxation in respect of age,  experience etc. in relation to the posts advertised will be applicable as per CSIR/GOI Rules.

6 SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD/EWS  candidates  shall  produce the  required  certificate  in the  prescribed format duly signed by  the  issuing authority at  the  time of trade  test/written test. OBC(NCL)/EWS candidate  shall  produce  the   certificate  valid  for  appointment  to  the   posts  under   the   Central Government.

7 The  benefit  of  reservation  under   EWS  can  be  availed  upon  production  of  an  Income  and  Asset Certificate issued by a  Competent Authority. The  Income and  Asset Certificate issued by specified authorities in the prescribed format shall only be accepted as proof of candidate’s claim as belonging to EWS.

8 As per GOI provisions, age  relaxation to Widows, Divorced Women  and Women  Judicially  separated from Husbands, the upper  age  limit is relaxable upto the age  of 35 years [upto 40 years for members of Scheduled Castes/Scheduled tribes in respect of the  posts reserved for them] for Widows, divorced Women  and  Women  judicially separated from their Husbands who  are  not  remarried. The  persons claiming  age   relaxation  under   this  sub-para would  be  required  to  produce following  documentary evidence: -

[i] In  case of  Widow,  Death   Certificate  of  her  husband  together with  the  Affidavit  that  she has not
remarried since.

[ii] In  case of divorced Women  and  Women  judicially separated from  their husbands, a certified copy of the judgment/decree of the appropriate Court to prove  the fact of divorce or the judicial separation, as the case may be with an Affidavit in respect of divorced women  and they have  not remarried since.

9 Date  of  Birth  filled  by  the  candidate  in  the  online  application  form  and  the  same recorded in  the Matriculation/ Secondary Examination Certificate  will  be  accepted for  determining the  age   and  no subsequent request for change will be considered /granted. 

10 Candidates  seeking  reservation  benefits  available  for SC/  ST/  OBC(NCL)/ EWS/  ESM/  PwBD  must ensure that they are entitled to such reservation as per eligibility prescribed in the notice.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1.The     prescribed    educational    qualifications    should    have     been   obtained    from     recognized
Board/Institutions/Universities.

2.The  date  of determining  the  age  limit/experience/qualifications  shall  be  closing  date  prescribed  for filling up online application i.e. 17 January, 2023.  The period of experience in a discipline/area of work, wherever  prescribed,  shall  be   counted  after  the   date   of   acquiring  the   minimum   educational qualification prescribed for that post.

3.A candidate can apply for multiple post codes subject to fulfilling all eligibility criterion attached to each individual post code.   However,   candidates need to  fill  the  application [except primary/ registration details] with the requisite application fee separately for each post code.

4.The  decision of the  Competent Authority of CSIR in all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or rejection of applications, conduct of Trade  test and  not to fill up all or any of the posts will be final and binding on the candidates and  no enquiry or correspondence shall be  entertained in this regard from any individual. Further,  in case of a claim for qualification as equivalent qualification, the  candidate is required to produce order/ letter in this regard by the Competent Authority.

5.The number  of vacancies indicated against each category is provisional and may vary either way at the time of selection. This advertisement does not necessarily tantamount to the  selection being actually made. The selection process is subject to the CSIR/GoI instructions prevalent at a given point of time during various stages of selection process.

6.Candidate should ensure that  he/she possesses essential educational qualification/experience in the relevant area as required in the category/post, for which he/she is applying, on the last date  of filling of online application. Mere fulfilling the minimum essential qualification does not entitle candidates to be called  for Trade/  Written  Test. The  duly constituted  Screening  Committee may  adopt  its  own criteria for shortlisting the candidates to be called for test.

7.The period of experience in the requisite discipline/area of work wherever prescribed shall be counted w.e.f. the date of acquiring the prescribed minimum educational qualifications required for that post.

8.Documentary  evidence  such  as  letter  of   appointment,  joining  notification,  pay   certificate  and Experience  certificate  for  the  period  claimed  as experience  must be  submitted.    The  experience certificate should clearly state the  duration of experience indicating from & to date  i.e. date  of joining and  date  of relieving  of various  organizations  / universities  concerned as claimed  by the  candidate. Further,  experience certificate must be  issued by the  Authority, competent to issue such certificates, with respect of the organization[s]/ Institutes/ Universities concerned.

9.Any  discrepancy  found  between  the   information  given  in  application  and   as evident  in  original documents will make  the candidate ineligible for the post[s].

10. If  any  document/ certificate  furnished  is  in  a  language  other  than  Hindi  or  English  a  transcript  in
English of the same duly attested is to be submitted.

11The advertised posts are  for CSIR HQ and  its units. However,  the selected candidates are  liable to be posted at any Lab./Instts./Centre of CSIR.

i.When  application is successfully submitted, it will be  accepted provisionally. Notification for Engagement of Trade/Technician Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961

at IOCL-Southern Region (MD)

Indian Oil Corporation Limited, one of the largest commercial undertaking in India and a Fortune “Global 500” Company, as a measure of Skill Building Initiative for the Nation, proposes to engage Non-Technical Trade Apprentices at its Locations in States of South India (Tamil Nadu & Puducherry, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana).

Applications are invited from candidates meeting the following qualification & other parameters for engagement as Apprentices under Appren tices

Act, 1961/1973/ 1992 (as amended from time to time) in the Trade/Disciplines mentioned below:


A. Age, Educational Qualification in Apprentice category shall be as follows. Reservation will be applicable as per the prescribed percentage for recruitment applicable to the State of Tamil Nadu & Puducherry, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

B. Age: Minimum 18 years and maximum 24 years as on 31.10.2022 (Relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST i.e. up to a max of 29 yrs., 3 years for OBC- NCL i.e. up to a max of 27 yrs., for the posts reserved for them).  Candidates belonging to PwBD categories shall be given age relaxation up to 10 years (up to 15 years for SC/ST) and up to 13 years for OBC-NCL candidates.

NOTE: The  reservation for  PwBD  as  indicated for  the  Discipline of  Trade  Apprentice (Accounts Executive), Trade Apprentice Data Entry Operator (Fresher & Skill Certificate Holders), Trade Apprentice Retail Sales Associate (Fresher & Skill Certificate Holders) shall be applied on horizontal basis, across all categories, as per the Government guidelines.

NOTE: Period of Apprenticeship for Discipline 01 to 05 is as per Qualification accepted by the respective Apprenticeship board in line with Apprenticeship guidelines.

For PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disability) category, Govt. of India Guidelines shall apply.

The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016 - Section 2(r) defines "person with benchmark disability" as a person duly certified by the certifying authority with

•not less than 40% of a specified disability where specified disability has not been defined in measurable terms and
•a disability where specified disability has been defined in measurable terms.

The candidates are required to submit a Disability Certificate issued by competent authority as per the Rights of Persons wit h
Disabilities Rules, 2017 failing which their candidature as PwBD candidates will not be considered.

Persons with Benchmark Disabilities must be capable of performing the task assigned to them/take instructions using suitable aids and appliances. Engagement of apprentices belonging to PwBD category will be from categories belo w:

1PV-Low Vision, Blind P=Physical;  V=Vision;  H=Hearing;
2.PH-Hard of hearing, Deaf L=Locomotors;
3.PL-Musculoskeletal (OH-OA/OL), Dwarfism, OH=Orthopaedic Handicap;
Acid attack victim, Cerebral Palsy, Leprosy cured OA=One Arm;
4.Multiple (a combination of above) OL=One Leg

Deployment of PwBD with other disabilities, may put such PwBDs at risk, considering ours being a hazardous industry,   hence not included.

STIPEND: Rate of stipend payable to apprentices per month shall be as prescribed under Apprentices Act, 1961/1973/Apprentices Rules
1992 and as amended from time to time.

Prescribed Qualification/Eligibility Criteria:

1. For Discipline Code 01/02/03/04/05 - Trade Apprentice (Accounts Executive)/Graduate Apprentice - Graduate in any discipline with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General and OBC & 45% in case of SC/ST/PwBD candidates for reserved positions from a recognized Institute/University.

2.  For Discipline Code 06/08/10/12/14 - Trade Apprentice-Data Entry Operator (Fresher) - Minimum 12th Pass (but below Graduate). 

3. For Discipline Code 07/09/11/13/15- Trade Apprentice-Data Entry Operator (Skilled Certificate Holders) - Minimum 12th Pass (but below Graduate).  Additionally, candidates should possess Skill Certificate of „Domestic Data Entry Operator‟ for training of less than one year issued by an awarding body recognized under National Skill Qualifications Framework or any other authority recognized by the Central Government.

4. For Discipline Code 16/18/20/22/24 - Trade Apprentice-Retail Sales Associate (Fresher) - Minimum 12th Pass (but below Graduate).

5.For Discipline Code 17/19/21/23/25- Trade Apprentice-Retail Sales Associate (Skilled Certificate Holders) - Minimum 12th Pass (but below Graduate).   Additionally, candidates should possess Skill Certificate of „Retail Trainee Associate‟ for training of less than one year issued by an awarding body recognized under National Skill Qualifications Framework or any other authority recognized by the Central Government.

6. For all discipline codes: The qualification prescribed shall be from a recognized University/Institute  as a full time regular course in relevant disciplines. Qualification acquired through Part-time / Correspondence / Distance Learning mode shall render the candidate ineligible.

7.The  candidates  who  have  undergone  Apprenticeship  earlier  or  pursuing  Apprenticeship  Training  in  an  Industry  as  per  the
Apprenticeship Act, 1961/1973/1992 as amended from time to time or job experience for a period of 1 year or more are NOT eligible.

8.In case the date of Declaration of result is not mentioned in the Mark Sheet, the candidate must submit a certificate mention ing the date of publication of result from the Principal of the College/Institute from where the candidate pursued his course along with his Application Form.

9.Candidates registered with Local / State Employment Exchange(s)/ Vocational Rehabilitation Center for Person with Benchmark Disability
(PwBD) and meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria, are required to  apply Online, failing which their candidature will not be considered.

10. Candidates with qualification acquired through Distance Learning Mode or Part Time Mode or Correspondence mode shall NOT be considered.

11. Candidates possessing higher qualification other than the prescribed qualification, shall not be considered for the above notified posts and should not apply as their candidature shall not be considered.

12. Candidates possessing higher professional qualifications such as B.E or equivalent, MBA or equivalent or MCA / CA/ ICWA, LLB shall NOT be considered. Suppression of information regarding possession or pursuing higher qualification shall render a candidate inel igible for consideration at any stage of selection/termination or any time during engagement.


C. Period of Apprenticeship Training: As indicated against respective Discipline codes.

D. Selection Methodology:

1.The Selection shall be on the basis of performance of the candidates on the basis of marks obtained by them in the Written Test and meeting the notified eligibility criteria.

2.  The Written Test will be conducted with Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ‟s) consisting of four options with one correct
option.

Trade Apprentice (Accounts Executive)/Graduate Apprentice:

•Generic Aptitude including Quantitative Aptitude
•Reasoning Abilities
• Basic English Language Skills

Trade Apprentice (Data Entry Operator):

• Generic Aptitude and Reasoning
• General English
• Numerical Aptitude
•General Knowledge/Awareness

•Reasoning Abilities
• Basic English

3. The candidates will have to qualify successfully through each stage of the selection process i.e. Written Test (Minimum 40%, relaxable by 5% for candidates from SC/ST/PwBD categories against reserved positions) and Pre-engagement medical fitness for being adjudged suitable for engagement.
 
4.Candidates are advised to ensure that they are medically fit as per Indian Oil‟s pre-engagement medical standard. Candidates are advised to go through the “Guidelines and Criteria for physical Fitness for Pre-engagement medical Examination” before they commence the application process. E. Concessions /Relaxation:

1.SC/ST/PwBD candidates appearing for Written Test will be reimbursed single second class railway fare from the nearest railway station of the mailing address to the place of test and back by the shortest route on production of ticket, provided the distance is not less than 30 KMs.

2.SC/ST/OBC (NCL-Non Creamy Layer) candidates applying for Unreserved (UR) seats shall be considered subject to their fulfilling the standards applicable to candidates belonging to General category.

F. General Instructions:

1.Candidates are advised to carefully read the full advertisement for details of Educational Qualification and other eligibility criteria before submission of online application on or before 12th November 2022 @ 5 p.m.

8.Candidates have to apply for ANY ONE DISCIPLINE CODE ONLY. Candidates applying for more than one discipline Code will not be considered and their applications will be summarily rejected.

9.Wherever CGPA/OGPA or Letter Grade is awarded in the Degree Examination, its equivalent aggregate percentage of marks must be indicated in the On-line Application Form as per the norms adopted by Institute.

10.The candidature of the applicant would be provisional and subject to subsequent verification of certificates and testimonials.  In case, it is detected at any stage of engagement or thereafter, that a candidate does not fulfil the eligibility norms and/or that he/she has furnished any  incorrect/doctored/false  information/certificate/documents  or  has  suppressed  any  material  fact(s),  his/her  candidature  will  stand cancelled.  If any of these shortcomings is/are detected even after engagement, his/her engagement is liable to be terminated.

11.Engagement of selected candidates is subject to his/her being declared medically fit as per the requirement of the Corporation.   All such engagement will also be subject to all relevant Rules/policies/guidelines of the Corporation.

12. The decision of the Management will be final and binding on all candidates on all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or rejection of the applications, mode of selection, cancellation of the selection process either in part or full, etc. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard. Filling up of the seats is solely at the discretion of the management based on suitability of candidates and no claim will ar ise for engagement, if some of these seats are not filled due to unsuitability/insufficient number of candidates.

13.Applications/Registration which are incomplete or are received in any other mode/form, or not fulfilling the eligibility criteria and/or those received after the last date of submission of on-line applications shall not be considered “Eligible” and treated as “Rejected”. Canvassing of any kind shall disqualify the candidate.

14.Mere selection in written examination or empanelment after the selection process shall not confer any right of engagement to the Applicants.

15. Upon completion of the Apprenticeship period, the Corporation shall have NO obligation to offer employment to such apprentices
NOR can an Apprentice claim right for employment on the grounds of completion of Apprenticeship.

G. Requirement before filling online Application Form: The candidate must have an active email ID and Mobile number which must be valid for at least 1 year as all future communications with candidates will take place through email/Sms alerts. Candidates are advised to mention their correct email id/mobile number and keep checking their e-mail /Sms messages as all future communications including communication to download admit cards for Written Test shall be sent only through email/Sms alerts.

1. All the candidates are advised to keep a printout of the online application form as candidates must mention their Application number and Date of Birth  for downloading admit cards  from the website https://www.iocl.com/apprenticeships-> Engagement of  Trade Apprentices  in Southern Region (Marketing Division)-FY 2022-23.The candidate should have the scanned copies of self-attested photocopies of the following documents ready in pdf/jpg format (not exceeding size of 100kb each)-before applying on-line -

• Xth std /SSLC /Matriculation certificate /mark sheet issued by concerned education Board as proof of Date of Birth.
• Certificate and Mark sheets of the prescribed Educational Qualification- HSC/Graduation(as applicable)
•Caste certificate, if applicable.
•PWD certificate, if applicable
•Signature in black ink.
• Recent colour passport size photograph

2.The candidate must ascertain the correctness of all information before filling in the “Online Application Form” and its final submission. The candidate shall be wholly/exclusively responsible for the information provided in his/her online Application Form.

3.Cutoff date: The Candidate must possess the prescribed qualification, age etc. as on 31.10.2022.

4. Other Requirements :

a)Candidate to register themselves as an Apprentice with appropriate authority of the respective State against which they are applying.
You need to register at Apprentices -> Apprentice Registration. 
b) Candidate should have a PAN Card.
c) Candidate should have an Aadhar Card.
d) Candidate should have a Bank Account & Cheque Book with their names printed.

H. How to Apply:

1. Candidates   meeting   the   prescribed   eligibility   criteria  may  apply  online  from 28th October 2022 (10.00 A.M.) to 12th November 2022 (5.00 P.M.) through the link which will be provided in our corporate website https://www.iocl.com/apprenticeships -> Engagement of Trade Apprentices in Southern Region (Marketing Division)- FY 2022-23.  Only Online mode of Applications will be accepted.

2. After filling up the online application, the scanned copy of the latest colour photograph, scanned copy of the documents namely proof of Date of Birth (Xth Std certificate/mark sheet), prescribed educational qualification, caste certificate as applicable and signature to be uploaded without fail. In the absence of any single document, the application shall be summarily rejected. Eligible candidates will be intimated by
e-mail/SMS for downloading admit card for the Written Test.

3.Those applications which are incomplete/not uploaded with self- attested copies of certificates /not in line with the terms & conditions will be liable for rejection.

I. Verification of Documents:

Candidates qualified in the Written Test shall be called for verification of the original documents. The following original documents along with a self attested copy should be furnished at the time of verification:

a)Xth std /SSLC /Matriculation certificate/mark sheet issued by the concerned Education Board as proof of Date of Birth. No other document will be accepted for verification of Date of Birth.

b)  Latest Caste certificate by reserved category candidates in the Performa prescribed by the Govt. and issued by Competent Authority only.

c) For claiming the benefit of OBC category, the candidate should submit a latest Caste Certificate (not more than 6 months old) in the Proforma prescribed by Govt. of India, which would, among others, specifically mention that the candidate does not belong to the persons/sections (creamy  layer)  as  mentioned  in  column  3  of  the  schedule  to  the  Department  of  Personnel  &  Training,  Government  of  India  OM
NO.36012/22/93-   Estt.(SCT) dated 08.09.1993. Candidates belonging to OBC category but falling in creamy layer are not entitled to OBC
reservation benefits. Accordingly, such candidates may choose to apply for the positions provided they meet the age criteria applicable to UR
candidates and indicate their category as “UR”. Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (Southern  Region)  being a Central Public Sector Undertaking, only those communities that are mentioned in the common list of OBC approved by Central Government shall be treated as OBC for the purpose of reservation.

d)Certificate from the Institute stating that the Candidate has pursued through regular mode and the year of passing.

 e) Semester-wise / Year-wise mark sheets of HSC / Graduation.

f) HSC/Graduation issued by the respective Board / Authority.

KIOCL Limited, Schedule ‘A’ Miniratna, 100% EOU, profit making CPSU, having its Pelletization Complex and Blast Furnace Unit at Mangaluru and Corporate Office at Bengaluru invites applications for the following posts:

Candidates meeting the above requirement and appeared for GATE exams during the year 2019 or 2020 shall submit their application online.

1. Age: The upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non- Creamy Layer) categories. Age relaxation for Persons with Disabilities (degree of disability 40% or above) is 5 years for candidates belonging to General, 8 years for OBC and 10 years for SC/ST categories. 

2. RESERVATIONS



For Persons with disability category, 1 post is reserved across the streams on horizontal basis.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

I.Before applying, candidate should read the complete advertisement carefully and ensure that he / she fulfill eligibility criteria of post stated in the advertisement in all respects.

II. Only Indian Nationals need to apply.

III.Candidates applying for the post are required to send a Demand Draft for Rs.1000/- drawn in favour of “KIOCL Limited” payable at Bengaluru. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD categories are exempted from submission of Demand Draft.

IV.  Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates will be as per the Govt.of

V.Candidates claiming to belong to any particular category of SC/ ST/ OBC/PWD/EWS/Ex-Servicemen shall necessarily submit a copy of certificate, in proforma prescribed by Govt. of India, as the case may be, from a Competent Authority. Candidates belonging to OBC category but coming under the “Creamy Layer” are not entitled to apply against posts reserved for OBC (Non-creamy layer) category.

a) Note: OBC candidates: Candidates belonging to those communities which are recognized as ‘Other backward class’ by the Government of India for the purpose of reservation in posts  under Government of India as per orders contained in Department of Personnel and Training Office Memorandum No.36012/ 22/93-Estt.(SCT) dated 08.09.1993 and as amended from time to time.
b) Non-Creamy Layer: The gross annual income of parents of the candidates should not be more than Rs.8.0 lakhs per annum in line with DOPT OM No.36033/1/2013-Estt[Res], dated 13.09.2017.

I.The Management reserves right to limit the number of candidates to be called for interview.

II.Candidates  possessing  full  time  degree  course  from  Institutes approved/recognized by UGC/AICTE will only be eligible to apply.

III.Wherever CGPA/OGPA or letter grade in a degree is awarded; equivalent percentage of marks should be indicated in the online application form as per norms adopted by the University/Institute. Where no norms have 
been specified, the CGPA/OGPA will be presumed to have been provided on a 10-point scale. The candidate will have to produce a copy of these conversion norms/no norms with respect to his/her University/Institute at the time of Interview.

IV. Candidates appearing for interview will be paid to & fro rail / road fare by shortest route limited to II class rail fare on production of tickets/ receipts.

The selected candidates are required to execute a Bond along with a
surety to serve the company for a minimum period of 4 years from date of joining to the company in the form and manner prescribed by the
company.

VII. Training & Probation
Graduate Engineer Trainees will be placed under training for one-year w.e.f date of joining as GET. After successful completion of one-year training, the candidates will be placed under probation for one year.

VIII. Emoluments

Graduate Engineer Trainees will be placed in the E0 level (In the Pay scale of Rs.40000-3%-140000/- or such corresponding scale as amended from time to time on a commencing basic pay of Rs.40000/- per month plus other allowances as admissible under the Company’s rules. On successful completion of 12 months training, they will be on probation for 12 months in the same scale. After successful completion of the probation & confirmation in writing, GETs will be placed in the pay scale of Rs.50000-3%-160000/- (E1) or such corresponding scale as amended from time to time.

The above posts carries Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, HRA, Perks (Maximum of 20% of basic pay), and benefits like Provident Fund, Gratuity, Performance Related Pay, Group Insurance Scheme, Group Personal Accident Scheme, Medical benefits etc., as per Company’s rules and as amended from time to time.

HOW TO APPLY:

•The candidates need to apply online in current opening section of KIOCL website (www.kioclltd.in) from 06.07.2020 to 31.07.2020. Candidate should click on online application link, read the instructions carefully and fill-in the online application form giving accurate information.

•Candidate needs to enter GATE score secured in 2019 or 2020 GATE exam. Candidate also needs to provide details about his/her enrollment id/email address, registration id, GOAPS password and date of birth etc. 
The above information is required to verify the GATE Score only. Confidentiality will be maintained with regard to GATE credentials. Candidate needs to enclose GATE score sheet downloaded from GATE website while sending downloaded KIOCL employment application.

•Candidates appeared in different GATE paper (other than that of their Qualifying Engineering Discipline) will not be considered for further selection procedure. For Example: If a candidate possesses a BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and passed in Electrical Engineering paper in GATE 2019/2020, his/her candidature will not be considered.

•No request with respect to change in any data entered by the candidate will be entertained once the application is submitted successfully. While applying online, candidate needs to upload the scanned copy of their recent passport size colour photograph and signature. In case candidate is called for interview, he/she will be required to produce his/her original certificate and other relevant documents as mentioned in on-line application form for verification.

•After applying on-line, the candidate is required to take the print out of filled on-line application form with system generated application number. Please note down your application number for the post applied, for future reference without fail.

•The downloaded application with self-attested photocopies of all the documents in support of the information given by the candidate in their on-line application, GATE result sheet along with Demand Draft (if applicable) should reach Joint General Manager(HR&A), HR Department, KIOCL Limited, Koramangala 2nd  Block, Sarjapura Road, Bengaluru-
560034 on or before 10.08.2020 by post. Candidate should write
